Forward Fooding uses its FoodTech Data Navigator platform to evaluate each applicant's digital footprint, sustainability practices, and business scale before compiling the final ranking.

The most recent cohort drew over 1,200 applications from 87 countries, spanning pre-seed startups to publicly listed companies, and was revealed at IFE Manufacturing 2026.
